Late Pay & Lost Tickets

If you were unable to cash your winning Tote ticket at the racecourse you can cash any Tote Ireland winning ticket at any other race meeting. Just bring your winning ticket to a Tote teller.

Posting In A Late Pay Ticket

If you are unable to cash your winning ticket at the racecourse, you can post it to our Late Pay Department to receive a cheque with your winnings. Please include your winning ticket, name, postal address and phone number and post them to:

NB. Late winnings must be claimed within a period of 13 months of the bet being placed.

Lost Or Destroyed Tickets

For lost or destroyed winning tickets Tote Ireland can, in some cases, recover your winnings. You must submit a Lost/Destroyed ticket form which is available at any racecourse or can be requested by email from [email protected]

Tote Ireland allows 3 months for any valid winning ticket holders to present the ticket to be cashed at any of the racecourses in Ireland. At the end of this period, should any uncashed tickets remain and match the lost/destroyed ticket claim made by a customer, Tote Ireland will pay out on claims, giving the benefit of the doubt that the remaining uncashed ticket was in fact the lost ticket.
